Our garage floor coating process.
Four steps take worn concrete to a floor that lasts. Most epoxy installs take about two days.
How we work.
- 01
Prepare
We grind the surface to remove old coatings and open the pores of the concrete, so the new floor bonds strongly.
- 02
Repair
Cracks and holes are filled and smoothed to an even surface. We use a fast-setting polymer for small cracks and spalls, then sand them smooth.
- 03
Coat
A durable base coat goes down, with decorative flake if you choose it. Pick a blend or any custom color.
- 04
Protect
A UV-stable, high-gloss polyaspartic topcoat seals the floor for years. A thin layer of aluminum oxide on the final layer adds slip resistance.

After the install.
Our recommended epoxy system installs in about two days. Polyurea can be installed in a single day. For a small fee we also lend a trailer for your belongings during the install.
